3. A lapokat hagyjuk kihulni.</div>

4. Kozben elkeszitjuk a kremet. Felverjuk a tejszinhabot, ha kell, tetszes szerint edesitjuk cukorral. A citromot meleg vizben megmossuk, majd a levet ovatosan belecsavarjuk a tejszinhabba, ugyelve, hogy ne torjuk ossze a habot.</div>

Mama mea face cea mai bună prăjitură de mere, şi nu numai eu spun asta, ci toţi care au gustat din prăjitura ei. Am încercat şi eu reţeta, am pus toate ingredientele, am urmat paşii, dar tot n-a ieşit ca a ei, dar mai încerc, nu mă las bătută :-))).<br />

pentru aluat: 3 gălbenuşuri de ouă, 150g zahăr, 150g unt, 150ml lapte, coaja rasă a unei lamâie, o linguriţă mică de amoniac, 400g de făină<br />

pentru umplutură: pesmet, 1kg de mere, 3 albuşuri de ouă, 100g de zahăr, 1 plic zahăr vanilinat<br />
<br />

1. Spălăm merele, le curăţăm şi le dăm prin răzătoare.<br />
<br />
2. Pentru aluat amestecăm bine făina cu untul, adăugăm zahărul, gălbenuşurile de ouă, coaja de lămâie şi amoniacul dizolvat în lapte.<br />
<br />
3. Tapetăm o tavă cu aluat, presărem cu pesmet şi pe deasupra punem merele. Introducem în cuptor.<br />
<br />
4. Batem albuşurile de ouă cu zahăr şi cu zahărul vanilinat.<br />
<br />
5. După ce am făcut proba scobitoarei şi prăjitura s-a copt, punem spuma pe prăjitură şi mai introducem în cuptor pentru 5-10 minute. Servim călduţ.<br />

Anyukám kedvenc almás sütije, az egész család imádja. Szerintem Ő késziti a legjobb habos almást :-)))). Én is próbálkozom, de addig még van :-)))).<br />

hozzávalók: kavart tésztához: 3 tojás sárgája, 15dkg cukor, 15dkg vaj, 1.5dl tej, 1 citrom héja, pici szalakálé, 40dkg liszt <br />

tetejére: dinsztelt alma <br />

habhoz: 3 tojás fehérje, 10dkg cukor, 1 vaniliás cukor <br />

1. Az almát megmossuk, meghámozzuk és lereszeljük. 10-15 perc alatt megdinszteljük. <br />
<br />
2. Ez idő alatt elkészitjük a kavart tésztát: a lisztet és a vajat összemorzsoljuk, hozzáadjuk a cukrot, a tojások sárgáját és 1 citrom reszelt héját. A szalakálét elkavarjuk a tejben, a tésztához adjuk és jól összedolgozzuk. <br />
<br />
3. A tésztát kinyújtjuk, a tepsibe tesszük. Megszórjuk prézlivel, majd rákanalazzuk a dinsztelt almát. Betesszük a lerbe sülni. <br />
<br />
4. A tojások fehérjét a cukorral és a vanilia cukorral kemény habbá verjük. <br />
<br />
5. Mielőtt teljesen megsül a tésztánk, kivesszük a lerből, óvatosan rákanalazzuk a felvert habot és még 5-10 percig sütjük. Már langyosan szeletelhető.</div>

vanilinat şi zahăr după gust (dacă frişca conţine zahăr atunci
nu mai trebuie). Punem îngheţata în congelator pentru o noapte. </span></div>

<span style="color: #660000; font-size: x-small;">3. A doua zi ne apucăm să facem coşuleţele. Punem ingredientele într-un bol şi le amestecăm bine, până obţinem o pastă fină.</span></div>

<span style="color: #660000; font-size: x-small;">4. Preîncălzim cuptorul. Pe o hârtie de copt punem câte o lingură din aluat, din care cu ajutorul lingurei formăm 2 cercuri cu diametru de 20-21cm. Le coacem în 3-4 minute, până capătă o culoare aurie. Imediat după ce le scoatem din cuptor le aşezăm repede pe fundul unui pahar cu diametru de 6-7 cm, formând cu ajutorul degetelor partea laterală a coşuleţelor. Lăsăm pe pahare până se răcesc complet. Din această cantitate ies 8 coşuleţe. În mod asemănător coacem mânerele coşuleţelor şi le aşezăm tot aşa pe fundul paharelor până se răcesc.</span></div>

kockákra vágjuk és villával pépesitjük.</span></div>

tejszint, hozzáadjuk a sárgadinnyét, a vaniliás cukrot és a
citrom levét. Hozzátesszük a cukrot. Ha édesitett tejszint
veszünk, nem szükséges hozzáadni cukrot. Az igy elkészült
fagylaltot egy éjszakára mélyhűtőbe tesszük.</span></div>

kosárkákat. A hozzávalókat egy tálba tesszük és jól
összekeverjük.</span></div>

A tésztából sütőpapirra 1-1 halmot teszünk és 1-1 20-21cm
átmérőjű körré lapitjuk szét. 3-4 perc alatt megsütjük, amig
szép aranysárga szint kap.</span></div>

poharat lefele forditva az asztalra teszünk. Ahogy kivettük a
lerből a tésztát forrón a poharak tetejére helyezzük és a
széleit ujjainkkal megnyomkodjuk, hogy kialakitsuk a kosárkákat. A
poharakon hagyjuk, amig kihűl a tészta. 8 kosárka lesz. Hasonlóan
8 “fület” is sütünk a kosárkáknak. A forró lerből kivett
“füleket” meghajlitva egy-egy pohárra tesszük és hagyjuk
kihűlni.</span></div>

Pot să vă spun că este o adevărată raritate în zilele noastre, are un parfum şi un gust îmbietor, să nici nu pomenesc de culoare. <span style="color: #660000; font-family: arial, sans-serif;">Régebb vidékünkön is nagy hagyománya volt a rózsadzsem, rózsaméz készitésének. Már az 1600-as években őseink rózsamézzel izesitették a süteményeket, desszerteket. Napjainkban egyre kevesebben termesztenek tearózsát és még kevesebben dolgozzák fel. Ditrói kolleganőm anyukája minden évben megörvendezteti hozzátartozóit ezzel a különleges finomsággal. Tőle kaptam a lent elkészitett dzsemhez a tearózsákat és a receptet is. Ez a recept megjelent a "Székely Konyha" júliusi számában.</span></div>

<span style="color: #660000; font-family: arial, sans-serif;">1. Reggeli órában leszedjük a jól kinyilt rózsákat és a rózsaszirmokat letépkedjük. Vigyázzunk, hogy a szirmok között ne maradjon porzó, keserű lesz tőle a dzsemünk.</span></div>

<span style="color: #660000; font-family: arial, sans-serif;">2. A szirmokat egy műanyag vagy üveg tálba tesszük és citromsót szórunk rá.</span></div>

<span style="color: #660000; font-family: arial, sans-serif;">3. A vizet felfőzzük a cukorral. Forrás után még 5 percet főzzük, amig kezd sűrüsödni a szirup.</span></div>

<span style="color: #660000; font-family: arial, sans-serif;">4. Ez idő alatt a szirmokat apró darabkákra tépjük és összevacskoljuk a citromsóval, majd a sziruphoz adjuk. 5 perc alatt összefőzzük.</span></div>

Rátesszük a kimagozott meggyszemeket és picit belenyomkodjuk a krémbe. Óvatosan ráhelyezzük a második lapot is. A megmaradt krémmel bevonjuk a süteményt.</span></div>

Vreau să vă spun că este de o calitate excelentă. De obicei prima clătită mi se lipea, dar de data aceasta nu, şi prima şi ultima clătită a ieşit excelentă!!!! E uşor de manevrat, de întors, clătitele au căpătat o culoare aurie pe toată suprafaţa, şi pe margini (cu vechea tigaie marginile aveau o culoare mai închisă).<br />

Clătite cu gem de petale de trandafiri, cu cremă de afine şi zmeură<br />

ingrediente:<br />
pentru clătite: 200g de făină albă, 2 linguri de zahăr, 2 ouă, puţină sare, 400ml de lapte, coaja rasă a unei lămâie, unt moale<br />
pentru creme:-gem de petale de trandafiri, smântână pentru frişcă, zmeură şi afine<br />
<br />
1. Într-un vas omogenizăm bine făina, sarea, zahărul, ouăle şi laptele. La sfârşit adăugăm coaja rasă a unei lămâie.<br />
<br />
2. Ungem tigaia Fissler cu unt moale şi punem pe foc mediu. Turnăm din aluat în tigaia scoasă de pe foc cu un polonic şi punem înapoi pe foc pentru câteva minute, până capătă pe amândouă părţi o culoare aurie. Le coacem pe rând. Ies 9-10 clătite.<br />

3. Pentru creme batem smântâna pentru frişcă, împărţim în două, într-una punem zmeură, în cealalta afine.<br />
<br />
4. Le servim cu zahăr pudră.<br />

Csütörtökön csomagot hozott a postás, egy Fissler palacsintasütőt kaptam a <a href="http://www.gatestesanatos.ro/">http://www.gatestesanatos.ro</a> oldaltól. A palacsintasütőt kell tesztelni és a véleményemet leirni róla. Nagyon megörvendtem a sütőnek, nagyon jó minőségű. Alig vartam a mai napot, hogy kipróbálhassam. Nagyon könnyű benne sütni, könnyen kezelhető, megfdorditható benne a palacsinta. nem ragad oda, meg az első sem (mostanig az első palacsintám mindig odaragadt a sütőhöz). Egyforma, szép, aranysárga szinű lesz a palacsinta, a szélei is (mostanig nekem a szélei sötétebbek lettek).<br />

Rózsadzsemes, málnás és áfonyás palacsinta<br />

hozzávalók:<br />
a palacsintához: 20dkg liszt, pici só, 2 evőkanál cukor, 2 tojás, 4dl tej, 1 citrom reszelt héja, puha vaj<br />
a töltelékhez: rózsadzsem, tejszin, málna, áfonya<br />
<br />
1. A lisztet, sót, cukrot, tojást és tejet csomómentesen elkeverjük, hozzáadjuk a reszelt citromhéjat.<br />
<br />
2. A Fissler serpenyőt kivajazzuk és közepes lángra tesszük. Miután felforrósodik egy merőkanállal veszünk a tésztából és a serpenyőbe öntjük. Közepes lángon mindkét oldalát aranysárgára piritjuk. Rendre megsütjük a palacsintákat, nekem 9 lett ebből az adagból.<br />
<br />
3. Elkészitjük a gyümölcsös krémeket: felverjük a tejszint, kettőbe osztjuk, egyik felébe málnát teszünk, a másik felébe áfonyát.<br />

<span style="font-size: large;">Ciorbă cu mazăre şi carne de pui </span><br />
<br />
ingrediente: 400g de mazăre, 3 morcovi, 1 ceapă, ½ gulie, 4 pulpe inferioare de pui, sare, piper, frunze de pătrunjel<br />
pentru găluşte: 1 ou, 200ml de făină, sare<br />
<br />
1. Curăţăm morcovii, ceapa, gulia şi le tăiem în cubuleţe. Punem apa să fiarbă, adăugăm zarzavaturile tăiate, mazărea şi condimentăm cu sare şi piper.<br />
2. Curăţăm carnea de pe os şi tăiem cubuleţe. Punem în ciorbă atât carnea, cât şi oasele, pe cele din urmă le înlăturăm după fierbere.<br />
3. Între timp pregătim găluştele: batem oul cu puţină sare, adăugăm treptat făina şi apa rece cât să obţinem un aluat mai moale. Cu o linguriţă mică formăm găluştele şi le punem în ciorbă. Mai fierbem 5-10 minute.
4.Ciorba o servim cu pătrunjel şi smântână.<br />

1. A murkot, a hagymát és a karalábét megpucoljuk és apró kockákra vágjuk. A zöldségeket a zöldborsóval együtt fövő vizbe tesszük. Sózzuk, borsozzuk.<br />
2. A csirkecombokról a húst kockákra vágjuk és a csontokkal együtt a fövő vizbe tesszük. A csontok jó izt adnak a levesnek, főzés után eltávolitjuk. 25 percig főzzük.<br />
3. Ez idő alatt elkészitjük a csipetkét: a tojást felverjük, hozzáadjuk a lisztet, pici sót és annyi vizet, hogy enyhén folyós tésztát kapjunk. Csipetkeszaggatóval a levesbe csurgatjuk. 5-10 percet még főzzük.<br />
4. A petrezselyemzöldet apróra vágjuk és a levesbe szórjuk. Cu toate că ne place dansul lor, deja ne pregătim sufleteşte de sosirea primăverii. Păsările călătoare au venit, şi ghioceii se luptă să ajungă la soare.<br />
Am început şi eu să fac curăţenie de primăvară în casă şi să pregătesc mânăaruri de primăvară. La piaţă am reuşit să cumpăr nişte verdeţuri şi am pregătit o adevărată salată de primăvară. <br />

Ingrediente: o salată verde, o legătură de ridichi, 3-4 bucăţi de ceapă verde, 2 roşii şi 4 ouă <br />
pentru sos: 4 linguri de smântână, 1 linguriţă de sare condimentată (conţine: sare, frunze uscate de ţelină, pătrunjel, leuştean, chimen măcinat şi piper), 1 linguriţă de mărar mărunţit<br />

Spălăm verdeţurile, le tăiem şi le amestecăm într-un castron. Condimentăm toată cu sare condimentată. În acest timp fierbem ouăle 5 minute, ca gălbenuşul să rămână moale. <br />
<br />
Pentru sos punem smântâna într-un castron mic, o condimentăm cu sare şi adăugăm mărarul.<br />
<br />
Pe fiecare farfurie punem câte o frunză de salată, punem o porţie din salată şi la mijloc un ou. O servim cu sosul pregătit.<br />

Friss tavaszi saláta buggyantott tojással<br />

hozzávalók: <br />
a salátához: 1 fej saláta, 1 kötés retek, 3-4 db zöldhagyma, 2 db paradicsom, 4 tojás<br />
az öntethez: 4 evőkanál tejföl, 1 mokkáskanál fűszersó (só+száritott zellerlevél, petrezselyemlevél, leustyán+őrölt kömény+bors), 1 mokkáskanál apróra vágott kapor<br />
<br />
A zöldségeket megtisztitjuk, megmossuk, megvágjuk. Egy tálban összekeverjük és fűszersóval izesitjük. A salátából egy pár szép levelet félreteszünk a tálaláshoz. A tojásokat 5-6 perc alatt megfőzzük, úgy, hogy a sárgájuk lágy maradjon.<br />

Ez idő alatt elkészitjük az öntetet: a tejfölet egy tálba tesszük, fűszersóval izesitjük, hozzáadjuk a kaprot és tálkákba kanalazzuk. Az ép salátaleveleket a tányérokra tesszük, a zöldségsalátát elosztjuk a tányérokon. A tojásokat megpucoljuk, a sárgájukat óvatosan a saláta közepére tesszük, a tojásfehérjét apróra vágjuk, köréje szórjuk. Váratlanul ért a kérdés, hisz én cikket irni nem nagyon tudok, de annál inkább szeretek főzni, szeretem a hagyományos kajákat felújitani, szeretem a hazai, helyi termékeket. Elvállaltam. Alizzal, <a href="http://kotyvasztok.blogger.hu/">Eszkimooval</a> és Aliz kolleganőjével, Biborkával főzzük tele a melléklet oldalait. Pentru acest desert fierbem 500ml de lapte cu 1 plic zahăr vanilinat, puţină sare şi 6 linguri de zahăr. După câteva minute luăm de pe foc, adăugăm 2 linguri de cocos, 3 linguri de miere si 7g de gelatină alimentară. Punem din nou pe foc până la prima fierbere, după care împărţim în pahare.<br />
<br />
Într-o cratiţă punem 300g de afine roşii congelate, zeama unei portocale, 2-3 linguri de zahăr şi 3g de gelatină alimentară. Omogenizăm toată şi punem la fiert pentru câteva minute. Când începe să se îngroaşe, stingem focul şi împărţim în pahare, pe crema cu griş. <br />

Pentru 2 ore punem în frigider, după care le servim.<br />

30dkg fagyasztott piros áfonyát, 1 narancs levét és 2-3 evőkanál cukrot lábasba teszünk és 5 percig főzzük. Hozzáadunk 3g zselatint, belekavarjuk, levesszük a tűzről és a grizes krém tetejére kanalazzuk.<br />

Îmi place să fac găluşte cu brânză şi mai ales să experimentez :-)))). <br />
În mod obişnuit după ce le fierb le rostogolesc prin pesmet şi zahăr, sau le mâncăm cu gem. Ca să mai înnoiesc reţeta, de data aceasta le-am mâncat cu sos de vişine. Iată reţeta:<br />

Batem 2 ouă, adăugăm un pic de sare, 2 linguri de zahăr, 500g de brânză de vacă şi 8 linguri de griş. Cei care vor să mănânce mai sănătos, pot să înlocuiască zahărul cu miere şi grişul cu mălai. Amestecăm toată şi lăsăm câteva minute să se-n moaie grişul.<br />
<br />
Punem 2l de apă să fiarbă.<br />
<br />
Formăm găluştele, le punem în apa clocotită şi le fierbem. După ce ies la suprafaţa apei le mai lăsăm 2-3 minute, după care le scoatem.<br />
<br />
Pentru sos punem 50ml de apă cu 5 linguri de zahăr să fiarbă. Adăugăm o ceaşcă de vişine congelate fără sâmburi. <br />
Lăsăm să fiarbă 5-10 minute, după care îngroşăm zeama cu o lingură de amidon de porumb. <br />
<br />
Dacă folosim vişine din compot, atunci nu mai trebuie să adăugăm zahăr şi ajunge dacă fierbem compoziţia 2-3 minute.<br />

Szeretjük a tehéntúrós gombócot és imádunk kisérletezni. Azt hiszem, ezt egész családom nevében kijelenthetem :-)))). <br />
Általában cukros prézlibe forgatom a gombócokat és fahéjat kinálok melléjük, de gyakran esszük házi lekvárral. És hogy még mindig ne únjuk meg a gombócok evését, ez alaklommal meggyszósszal készitettem.<br />
<br />
2 egész tojást felverünk, hozzáadunk pici sót, 2 evőkanál cukrot, 50 dkg tehéntúrót és 8 kanál grizet. A cukrot helyettesithetjük mézzel, a grizet puliszkaliszttel. Főzés előtt pár percet hagyjuk, hogy a griz “kidegedjen”.<br />
<br />
2 liter vizet főni teszünk.<br />
<br />
Egy evőkanál segitségével gombócokat formázunk és a fövő vizbe tesszük. Miután a gombócok feljöttek a viz tetejére még 2-3 percet főzzük, aztán kiszedjük őket.<br />
<br />
Elkészitjük a meggyszószt is. 0,5dl vizet odateszünk főni 5 evőkanál cukorral. Hozzáadunk 1 csésze kimagozott fagyasztott meggyet. 5-10 percet főzzük, majd 1 evőkanál étkezési keményitővel besűritjük. <br />
<br />
Ha meggykompótot használunk, akkor nem szükséges ennyit főzni és cukor se kell ennyi hozzá. Persze ez egyénenként és izlésenként változik.<br />

Iată reţeta mea de bază pentru toate tipurile de cozonaci:<br />

În 100ml de lapte călduţ punem 25g de drojdie să se dizolve, 1 lingură de zahăr, şi deasupra chiar un pic de făină, şi punem într-un loc călduros să se dospească.<br />
<br />
Între timp într-un castron încălzim 200g de unt, 200ml de lapte şi 4 linguri de zahăr. Într-un vas mai mare punem 500g de făină, puţină sare, coaja unei lămâie, 2 ouă şi adăugăm drojdia şi amestecul de lapte. <br />
<br />
Amestecăm până aluatul vine jos de pe lingura de lemn sau de pe mână. Îl punem într-un loc călduţ să crească, aproximativ pentru o oră .<br />
<br />
Împărţim aluatul în două. Fiecare parte o împărţim din nou în trei şi le întindem. Într-una punem ciocolată topită, într-una nucă măcinată cu zahăr şi în al treilea mac măcinat cu zahăr. <br />
<br />
Le rulăm, le împletim şi le punem în tăvi pentru cozonac.<br />
Aşa procedăm şi cu cealaltă parte rămasă din aluat.<br />
<br />
Le ungem cu ou bătut şi le coacem timp de 40-45 de minute.<br />
<br />
Le tăiem numai după ce s-au răcit, niciodată calde.<br />
<br />
Cozonacul cu ciocolată le facem la fel, numai că în toate cele trei părţi punem numai ciocolată topită.<br />
<br />
În cozonacul cu fructe uscate punem în cele trei părţi 3 feluri de fructe uscate: ananas, prune uscate şi merişoare.<br />
<br />
Több képet is közöltem a kalácsaimról, de recept nélkül. Ime a klasszikus, mindig bevállt receptem, amit én anyukámtól, ő pedig nagymamámtól, ő pedig dédnagymamámtól örökölt:<br />

25g élesztőt és 1 kanál cukrot beleteszünk 100ml langyos tejbe és meleg helyen felfuttatjuk. <br />
<br />
Ez idő alatt megolvasztunk 200g vajat, hozzáadunk 200ml tejet és 4 kanál cukrot. Addig hagyjuk a tűzön, amíg elolvadnak. Levesszük és hagyjuk kihűlni. <br />
<br />
Kimérünk 500g lisztet, beleteszünk egy pici sót, 2 tojást, belereszeljük 1 citrom héját. Hozzáadjuk az élesztőt és a kihűlt vajat. Addig dagasztjuk amíg a tészta leválik a fakanálról vagy a kezünkről. Letakarjuk egy konyharuhával és hagyjuk kelni kb 1 órát. <br />
<br />
2 részre osztjuk a tésztát, 2 kalács lesz belőle.<br />
<br />
Egyenként 3 felé osztjuk, kisiritjük őket, az egyiket megkenjük olvasztott csokoládéval, a másodikat cukros őrölt dióval, a harmadikat cukros mákkal és egyenként feltekerjük őket. A hármat összefonjuk és kész is a háromszinű kalácsunk.<br />
<br />
Felvert tojással lekenjük és 45-50 perc alatt készre sütjük.<br />
<br />
A csokis kalács hasonlóan készül, csak mindhárom részbe olvasztott csoki kerül.<br />
<br />

Nagyon-nagyon koszonom Nektek!!!!
